Refund policy
At CoreCarts, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them
- Items must be in original packaging with tags attached (for clothing and accessories)
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Electronics Returns
For electronics:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories included
- If the product is defective or faulty, you may request a replacement or full refund
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
If your return is not approved, we will notify you and may send the item back to you.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider or bank
